Terms and Conditions
Eligibility
● Free offer is for new tenants only (not existing paid tenants).
● One free offer per organization.
● Requires a valid organization-issued email address. Personal email id may not be accepted
Duration
● 6 months from the date of account creation.
● The trial automatically expires at the end of 6 months unless upgraded.
Scope of Services
● Limited to MDM functionality (Manage devices, deploy apps and content, configure security and system settings, track device locations, set Wi-Fi networks, control firmware updates, and customize user permissions).
● The free tier does not include technical support or SLAs. Any assistance provided is limited to verified platform-related technical issues
● Optional paid modules (EVA, Generate VR, VR modules Learning Records) are not included in the free tier.
●Account setup may take up to 48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s active.
● We reserve the right to modify or cancel the free MDM offer at any time
Upgrade & Payment
● Optional modules can be purchased at any time.
● Payment activates paid features immediately, with charges applied per device or per user based on the selected service.
Data Handling & Retention
● Data collected during the free MDM period may be retained for operational purposes.
● If the trial expires without an upgrade, data will be read-only for 30 days, after which the account will be locked.
Termination / Early End
● Company may terminate free access at any time if the terms are violated.
● Tenant may upgrade to paid modules at any time.

● Services provided “as is” for free tier; no warranties.
● Company is not responsible for device failures, content delivery failures, or other operational issues during the free offer.
