Soft Skills Training & Assessment

Multiplayer co-operative scenarios that gauge employability.
Skills for Industry (SFI)

The Skills for Industry series is a set of virtual-reality, job-site training and assessment experiences that enable a cooperative experience for the learner. This series brings a sense of fun to a number of critical employment-based training games to encourage iteration and observation of soft skills and key employability dynamics.

In SFI scenarios, participants are immersed in real-world work environments to learn and validate soft skills in the safety of carefully crafted learning experiences. Employers can gauge employability skills, level of performance, and assess future and current staff.

Each SFI experience is designed to be 30-40 minutes long to ensure this fits well into the recruitment and onboarding of any organisation that utilises this solution.
Industry Scenarios
The three Skills for Industry scenarios provide engaging, industry-specific learning experiences to teach and validate the skills of your future workforce.

Traffic Control

Use your newly found powers of traffic persuasion to control the flow of vehicles in a construction site on a rainy day.
Participants flip the sign (but not the drivers!) as they work with their teammate to ensure that traffic flow remains optimal and safe.

Each participant communicates through radio and directs traffic safely to reach success—or the honking starts.

Earthmoving

Rock the digging site by operating a digger or driving a truck and move as much earth as possible.
Participants learn how to efficiently operate a digger or drive a truck to collaboratively earn points before the timer runs out.

But it's not that easy! They will need to drive their machinery safely and avoid collision.

Prefabrication

Immerse yourself in a housing prefabrication factory and create as many prefab wall units as possible!
In this scenario, each worker operates—in unison—on alternative sides of each step of the Prefab building process.

Both participants need to work together and with the machines as they go through each step of a Prefab wall unit.
