Instructional Designer

Workplace Training & Assessment (Education & Training) · Parnell, Auckland

We are looking for a talented Instructional Designer to help design SkillsVR's immersive experience programs. You will be responsible for creating and monitoring user experiences ensuring that the module design phase is developed with the learner front of mind, and is easy to use. Your work will help clients transition to virtual reality, and empower them to use it to provide immersive, interactive experiences that will assist in solving business performance issues. Our ideal candidate is a creative and experienced professional with a few years of experience with instructional design and all its phases. You will be working closely and collaborating with instructional designers, immersive platform, development, enterprise and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a discovery session with clients to conduct an early needs analysis, including interviews to understand and align project objectives to establish acceptance criteria.
  • Applying tested instructional design theories, practices and methods.
  • Define and document learning objectives and performance criteria.
  • Conduct research and collaborate with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs.

Dot Net Developer

Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology) · Parnell, Auckland

Calling out for an experienced Dot Net Developer to come work with our diverse team of programmers, developers, designers, engineers and producers. You will be engaged in some exciting stuff with an opportunity to work on some very intriguing projects with great scope alongside a team that is deeply passionate with strong ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing across the full stack of our technologies – Availability, persistence, services, platform, performances and scalability.
  • Participate and collaborate with product owner/ cross functional teams in the organization to understand the business requirements and to deliver solutions that can scale.
  • Design and implement well- engineered, reliable and maintainable code.
  • Provide support to clients and team members for developed architecture as their requirements evolve.
