VP Customer Engagement and Execution

Calling out for an experienced VP of Sales to drive customer engagement and execution strategy for our business in the US. As the VP of Customer Engagement and Execution the role is to work with the Chief of Revenue in achieving the right revenue to scale annualized recurring revenue (ARR) and reduce friction that improves customer engagement, onboarding and user experience which improves cost to acquire customer. We are on the lookout for a confident communicator who will streamline SaaS execution path to learners to reduce cost to acquire customer while also improving the stickiness and engagement to increase the lifetime value of a Customer (LTV). 

This role will be responsible for leading our onboarding specialists by integrating new customers into our enterprise platform and achieving speed to ARR and positive net promoter score (NPS) in onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and nurture the Onboarding Play Leads to ensure alignment to strategy and focus on continuous improvement of customer execution, delivery, engagement, efficiency, deployment, and integration with our Enterprise platform and adaptive skills training.
  • Focus on scalability of our business within and across channels that delivers not only new ARR but overtime builds ARR with our customers.
  • Customizing and articulating the macro company strategy to fit the focused industry vertical with focus on the core global customers within.

Content Coordinator


Calling out for an experienced Content Coordinator to act as a liaison between our sales and design teams. As a Content Coordinator, the role is to be the champion and spokesperson of the Design Team’s Unified Learning and Game Philosophy and methodology and offer critical support to both Sales/Marketing and the Design Teams by facilitating the flow of information across the teams. 

We are on the lookout for a strong and confident communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to confidently work within teams of our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represents Design team when required in Sales meetings, answers questions about our SkillsVR Design philosophy and methodology
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis sessions with clients in conjunction with the project designer and product owner to ascertain client's needs and understand their learners
  • Participate in all early discovery phases with clients and stakeholders and join all creative discovery teams as a key voice to help steer design

Customer Onboarding Specialist


Calling out for two passionate Customer Onboarding Specialists to train, onboard, and embed our learning solutions into our Customers’ LMS and training systems. You will own the customer engagement to implement SkillsVR with the objective to make onboarding and embedding of SkillsVR’s ecosystem a seamless experience for the customer. 

You will have to ensure that the onboarding process for each customer is a smooth and positive experience to maximize usage with learners and required learner data /issues shared with troubleshooting teams for feedback/resolution and ongoing continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful deployment of SkillsVR into the customer’s business operations.
  • Understanding the internal stakeholders’ requirements to ensure from a technical perspective the solution is successful.
  • Be the first point of contact for product support.
  • Define the onboarding process once the customer is signed on until successful deployment and customize this plan where required to meet specific requirements of the customer.
  • Provide high level product training to prospects’ internal VR champions (company VR Champion).

Full Stack Developer


Calling out for an experienced Full Stack Developer specialising in the .NET framework to come work with our diverse team of programmers, artists, game designers, engineers and producers. You will be engaged in some exciting stuff with an opportunity to work on some very intriguing projects with great scope alongside a team that is deeply passionate with strong ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing across the full stack of our technologies – Availability, persistence, services, platform, performances and scalability.
  • Participate and collaborate with product owner/ cross functional teams in the organization to understand the business requirements and to deliver solutions that can scale.
